Senior BMC Helix Developer

Job Description:

BMC Helix Developers design and develop solutions using BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development including Asset management and Dashboards. They collaborate with customers and teams to create long-term implementation roadmaps and develop future BMC Helix capabilities.

• Develop solutions using BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development including Asset management and Dashboards.
• Collaborate with the customer and team to design a long-term implementation roadmap and develop future BMC Helix capabilities.
• Analyze the customer's requirements and develop and design solutions using BMC Helix to satisfy those requirements.

Key responsibilities include knowledge of ITIL and ITSM process flows within BMC Helix, providing technical leadership, and performing evaluations of alternatives for out-of-the-box vs. custom solutions.

• Educational background: Technical Training, Certification(s), or Degree.
• Required experience: 3+ years of BMC Remedy/Helix development experience, specifically with BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development experience.
• Required skills and abilities: Developer experience with BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) service development.
