Pricing Strategy Manager

As a pricing strategy manager, you will lead strategic pricing recommendations for ServiceNow’s innovation.

  • Develop monetization strategies informed by customer segmentation, data-driven insights, market dynamics, and strategic objectives
  • Partner on key initiatives such as pricing model updates, evaluating packaging decisions and product promotions
  • Develop future-facing pricing and packaging models that capture emerging trends like AI
  • Define and measure product pricing KPIs to improve strategy Requirements

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology industry across pricing, sales strategy, business operations and/or product strategy
  • Experience applying value-based pricing theories and analytical methodologies
  • SaaS/PaaS business knowledge with ability to understand and model GTM pricing decisions
  • Expertise in designing pricing or marketing surveys such as conjoint analyses

Pricing Strategy Manager Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize monetization strategies across product management, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and legal
  • Manage key stakeholders and drive alignment on pricing changes
