Job Summary: Design, develop, implement, configure, and manage ServiceNow applications and platform features.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure ServiceNow applications meet organizational needs.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Experience with ServiceNow Glide API, REST API, and SOAP API integrations. Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM and ITOM suites. Hands-on experience with IRM modules, including GRC, Vendor Risk Management, and Security Incident Response. Experience with SPM modules, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Resource Management. Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Knowledge of computer/network principles acquired through a bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more relevant areas (ITSM, ITOM, IRM) preferred.
