Job Description:

  • Design scalable and optimal solutions across Compliance & Risk domains with ServiceNow.
  • Develop business partner strategies on time and within budget.
  • Engage in a wide range of activities, supporting functional capabilities and working with Engineers, Product Owners, Staff Architects, and Staff Engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and deployment of project tasks.
  • Technology/implementation design documentation.
  • Estimates for design, build, test, and implementation tasks.
  • Regular build/testing of code and peer code reviews.
  • Updates to implementation specification/documentation.
  • Preparation of configurations for production.
  • Unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Recommendations to drive towards clean design and shared success.
  • Participation in scrum ceremonies and agile principles.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years ServiceNow experience, including IRM solutions/components.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.
  • Experience with JavaScript, API, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complicated technology solutions.
  • GRC/IRM industry trends understanding.
  • 3+ years software development experience.
  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technology subject areas.
