ServiceNow Engagement Lead

Astrica's ServiceNow Engagement Lead/Project Manager will deliver large digital transformation projects to enterprise clients with our highly-skilled consulting team.

This role involves orchestrating the successful delivery of multiple parallel ServiceNow workstreams, including HR Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and IT Operations Management.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of project management experience leading large, multi-workstream transformative engagements, managing with Agile, SAFe, or SCRUM frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing cross-functional project teams across four distinct but interconnected workstreams.
• Orchestrating complex delivery by coordinating project plans across 4 parallel workstreams, managing interdependencies, and eliminating barriers to success.
• Client Obsessed - committed to the overall success of the engagement, handling first-level escalations from the client, and maintaining positive relationships throughout complex implementations.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience leading large, multi-workstream transformative engagements.
• 12+ years of related client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with complex ServiceNow multi-module implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage parallel workstreams, coordinate Employee Workflows, IT Workflows, Asset Management, and Operations Management implementations simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

• Experience delivering complex multi-workstream ServiceNow implementations spanning Employee Workflows, IT Workflows, Asset Management, and Operations Management.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) with additional certifications across HRSD, ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM modules.
• Certified Scrum Master or PMP.
