Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business goals and best practices.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow products, features, and industry innovations to foster creativity.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide actionable recommendations to enhance existing ServiceNow solutions.
• Execute unit, system, and integration testing to ensure robust application performance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Demonstrate developed applications to product owners and end users effectively.
• Engage in platform upgrade activities, overseeing regression testing and necessary reconfiguration.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and sustainability of ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

• Four (4) or more years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD
