The ideal candidate is a technical expert in ServiceNow with 5+ years of experience working in waterfall and agile development.

• Responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs.
• Configure and develop ITSM, SPM & other modules in ServiceNow platform with minimal oversight.
• Create technical documentation describing solutions developed.

This role requires strong communications skills and ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.

Key requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience working in a waterfall and agile development.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, PPM, Service Portal, and Employee Portal modules.
• Ability to work individually or with a team.
