We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team. As a key player in designing, developing, and administering the ServiceNow platform, you'll configure and manage instances, administer user roles, perform routine system maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.

You'll also develop and manage workflows, notifications, and business rules to streamline IT and business processes. With strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM modules, and certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator, you'll be part of a geographically distributed team delivering high-quality solutions that improve business processes.

• Configure and manage ServiceNow instances for optimal performance
• Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings
• Perform routine system maintenance, including upgrades and patch management
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues
• Develop and manage ServiceNow workflows, notifications, and business rules
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Create and manage custom scripts using ServiceNow scripting languages
• Build custom forms, reports, and dashboards for business users
• Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
• Provide technical expertise and training to users and team members
• Document solutions and issues in a knowledge base
