IT System Admin

Job Description

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for administering and configuring Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, LAN/WAN topology, IT processes and procedures, security, and systems implementations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering and configuring SCCM/SMS
• Administering clustered Microsoft SQL instances
• Managing Linux/Unix, NetApp management and VMware vCenter
• Configuring Citrix
• Virtualization using NetApp storage
• Optimizing storage access across the WAN
• Managing backup systems (NetBackup, Quantum)
• Engineering application support and system architecture

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to document standards, methods and produce drawings of environments. Exceptional team work and ability to work independently with little supervision are highly desired.
