Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing requirements for business process improvements and system solutions.
- Providing solutions to solve business problems and responding to user inquiries.
- Working on ServiceNow Modules like ITSM, PPM, HRSD and familiarity with basic ServiceNow platform functionality.
- Work on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases.
- Analyzing existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
- Creating and maintaining process and system documentation.
- Monitoring and responding to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
- Developing use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
- Developing test plans and coordinating system testing.
- Supporting the development team through system design, development, and implementation.
- Developing training materials and providing training to users.
- Evaluating and recommending technologies that can support business needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Admin Certification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
