Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements for business process improvements and system solutions.
  • Providing solutions to solve business problems and responding to user inquiries.
  • Working on ServiceNow Modules like ITSM, PPM, HRSD and familiarity with basic ServiceNow platform functionality.
  • Work on Project Estimations and Manage Agile Releases.
  • Analyzing existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
  • Creating and maintaining process and system documentation.
  • Monitoring and responding to user inquiries regarding system issues and requirements.
  • Developing use cases, business process models, and diagrams.
  • Developing test plans and coordinating system testing.
  • Supporting the development team through system design, development, and implementation.
  • Developing training materials and providing training to users.
  • Evaluating and recommending technologies that can support business needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Admin Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
