Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the ServiceNow platform strategy across enterprise programs.
  • Lead solution design and enhancement activities for technical integrity and governance.
  • Act as SME and thought leader for ServiceNow transformations.
  • Drive cost transparency and value tracking for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with integrations (Active Directory, Workday, Jira).
  • Familiarity with healthcare payer systems and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NERC CIP).

Managerial & Collaboration Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead onsite-offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Team player with cross-functional leadership experience.
