The ideal candidate has:

  • 8+ years of consulting experience with expertise in ServiceNow and CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and lead a team
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions and growing teams
  • Active ServiceNow certifications and strong executive presence
