We seek an experienced consulting leader to lead our global ServiceNow capability, driving growth, excellence, and innovation within our practice. As leader, you will oversee a team of consultants, architects, and developers to deliver world-class solutions to clients.
The ideal candidate has:
- 8+ years of consulting experience with expertise in ServiceNow and CSM (Customer Service Management)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and lead a team
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional solutions and growing teams
- Active ServiceNow certifications and strong executive presence
