Job Overview

The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the SNOW instances.

Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment. They will automate workflows through Service Catalogs and create key ITIL service operations and management processes to include Request, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, Knowledge, and Asset Management. Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with ServiceNow certifications
• 5+ years direct experience with ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in database design schemas and data modeling Desired Skills
• 8+ years direct experience with ServiceNow platform
• Advance ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with Agile software development
