The Senior Technical Consultant, Platform role involves working as a functional and technical expert with customers to configure ServiceNow Platform products based on best practices. Key responsibilities include creating platform solutions, supporting engagement efforts, advising customers, leading design workshops, guiding customers in completing required documentation, drafting user stories, providing oversight/training, and juggling multiple projects/initiatives.
Qualifications include an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, 3 years of experience in US federal agencies with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud, leveraging AI, ServiceNow security experience, Domain Separation, hands-on configuration/development experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
This role requires a deep understanding of complex technologies, including Web Technologies, data management, database design, and database concepts. Experience working with self-hosted installations of the ServiceNow platform and knowledge of technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO are also essential.
