ServiceNow Specialist, Configuration Management Database

Job Summary

This role involves designing and implementing robust ServiceNow platform solutions for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SAM, Service Portal, SecOps, GRC, and HRSD. A strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, implementation, and development is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Design data models and architecture required to implement solutions using technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the development team.
• Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, and new technology deployments.
• Proactively maintain knowledge and understanding of the latest ServiceNow features and product offerings.

A strong background in Agile development methodology and experience with distributed teams across different time zones are highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
