Job Summary

The State of Idaho's Computer Services Division seeks an entry-level ServiceNow Administrator to assist in the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of our ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• System Administration:
• Manage user and group roles and permissions.
• Maintain the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Reporting and Dashboards:
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• ITSM Process Support:
• Support Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Fulfillment.
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB):
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the CMDB.
• Basic Scripting and Customization:
• Develop JavaScript skills within the ServiceNow platform.
• Documentation and User Support:
• Create user guides and provide basic support to end-users.
