About this role

The ServiceNow Education Leader helps businesses develop, facilitate, and supervise training programs. They assess regional needs, implement training plans, and facilitate various training programs. Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the Training Global team to design regional learning strategies.
• Mentor internal trainers and develop training programs.
• Collaborate with the Global Training team to design Cognizant/Thirdera University training.
• Lead teams in project design and documentation.
• Compile requirements for Cognizant and solutions for customers.
• Provide input for market specialist points of view and present at industry events.
• Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to clients.
• Monitor and maintain updated certifications for services sales and digital teams. Work Model
