Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with ServiceNow platform to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and migration projects on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business requirements and ITIL standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of IT experience and 4+ years of ServiceNow project management experience.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, CMDB, and integrations.

Proven experience managing mid to large-scale ITSM/ServiceNow projects.

Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification (preferred).

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (advantageous)
