Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a ServiceNow Application Development Expert with 9+ years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, implementing solutions, and performing system configurations. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and maintaining documentation of technical processes and systems.

Job Description:

5+ years of Software Development experience and at least

4+ years of ServiceNow Applications Development or Product implementation experience Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules – HRSD/ITSM/CSM/FSM/ITBM/Discovery/Service Mapping/GRC and experience in HRSD module is a plus Experience in ServiceNow

Integration:

Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps. Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub using Flow Designer.

Understanding of DevOps Git/Automation Testing(Selenium) Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.

Education and other skills:

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field) Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team. Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond training.
