ServiceNow Developer WSD - 100 Remote (REF1825A - TO3)

Citizant seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workforce Service Delivery (WSD) implementation and hold the WSD Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions and capabilities, including custom applications, workflows, and modules.
• Execute full SDLC tasks, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, unit testing, and documentation.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow WSD modules based on user stories and best practices.

The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in Agile/Scrum practices.

Required Competencies:

• Experience with at least one full-cycle WSD implementation.
• Configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or a similar programming language.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile development and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Boards.
