Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Device42 CMDB and ITSM tool(s).
- Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and user interfaces to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and other integration tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation within ITSM processes and implement solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer/engineer with strong track record of successful implementations.
- Experience with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience with DevOps tools and engineering frameworks like CI/CD Pipelines, code repo tools like GitHub, and code quality tools like SonarQube.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and frameworks like ITIL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard enterprise change, configuration, and asset management system tools.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components.
