Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability and security.
- Establish governance frameworks and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop a global team of employees and consultants, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- Ensure platform reliability and high availability, optimizing incident and problem management.
- Oversee development and integration of workflows and customizations, driving continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver on business requirements, managing expectations effectively.
- Promote user adoption and deliver training, ensuring knowledge sharing across the organization.
The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with expertise in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, experienced in scaling ServiceNow for global enterprises, and skilled in ITSM, ITOM, and relevant ServiceNow modules. Qualifications:
- 7+ years in enterprise platform management, with expertise in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Proven experience in scaling ServiceNow for global enterprises, with a focus on integrations like REST/SOAP APIs and SSO.
- Strong leadership skills in managing distributed, multicultural teams, including offshore resources.
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and relevant ServiceNow modules, along with ITIL, DevOps, and agile practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
