ServiceNow Senior Consultant – IT and OT Asset Management Job Description

• Lead ServiceNow transformation teams, manage client engagement, develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets, write clean code, and drive solution delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, design and develop user interfaces, write clean, maintainable code, and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore contributors, provide guidance and best-practice expertise for IT/OT Asset Management implementations, and advise on CMDB/ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
