ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description:

The Maximus Aidvantage company is seeking a skilled ServiceNow architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of their ServiceNow instance.

This person must have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply them within the ServiceNow platform.

• Customize, implement, configure workflows, process automations, system notifications, and maintenance using the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop custom applications using the ServiceNow App Engine architecture.
• Coordinate with technical teams, internal and external stakeholders, and present use cases.
