ServiceNow Architect/Developer

The ServiceNow Architect/Developer will lead the implementation, maintenance, and configuration of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage, utilizing their expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes. This role requires strong architectural suggestions, design, and implementation expertise, as well as hands-on development and delivery.

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB. They must be proficient in server-side and client-side scripting and have experience with key integration technologies. Additionally, they should possess ServiceNow Implementation certification and System Administrator (CSA) certification.
