ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

Maximus Aidvantage is seeking a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance. The person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those within the ServiceNow platform.

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.

The person must demonstrate a willingness to learn new offerings from ServiceNow and overcome technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
