ServiceNow Architect/Developer Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as ServiceNow customization, implementation, and maintenance.

• Lead the implementation, design, and development of critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Provide hands-on development support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and analysis, as well as configuration management. They will also need to demonstrate experience using the App Engine Management Center and proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting.
