ServiceNow Architect/Developer
The position is responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance at Aidvantage. Key responsibilities include: designing, developing, testing, and implementing critical functionality and POCs; creating strategies and frameworks with clients; architecting and designing application solutions; guiding developers; providing hands-on development support; documenting and diagramming application functionality from business requirements.
This role requires strong technical skills, particularly proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting, experience with key integration technologies, and deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Ideal candidates will have proven track records of multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations and be familiar with ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB modules. ServiceNow Implementation certification and CSA certification are highly desirable. Additional requirements include being eligible for government clearance, being a U.S. citizen, residing in the U.S., passing a criminal background check, not being delinquent on federal student loans, and obtaining and maintaining a PIV-I card.
