ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

Maximus Aidvantage seeks a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance. This person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply them within the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include overseeing developers, working with clients, architecting and designing application solutions, guiding developers, and providing hands-on development support.

Program Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, reports, integrations, and custom app development using App Engine.
• Provide architectural guidance, hands-on development, and ongoing system maintenance using ServiceNow best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
