ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of our ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks
• Architect and design application solutions
• Guide developers
• Provide hands-on development support Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree Preferred Skills
• Experience with key integration technologies
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB
• ServiceNow Implementation certification and CSA certification
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of ITSM frameworks Additional Requirements
• Must be eligible to obtain government clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must currently reside in the U.S.
