ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Architect/Developer will lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage. This person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

This includes ServiceNow platform customization, implementation, configuring workflows, process automations, system notifications and maintenance and configuration. This also includes our custom applications developed with the ServiceNow App Engine architecture. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and interface with the developers to design, develop, test and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.
