ServiceNow Architect/Developer

The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, maintenance, and configuration of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage.

This includes customization, implementation, configuring workflows, process automations, system notifications, and maintenance.

• Coordinate with technical teams, internal and external stakeholders.
• Presentation of use cases and provide expert guidance on implementing the solution.

Essential duties:

• Oversee developers designing, developing, testing, and implementing critical functionality.
• Work with clients creating strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.

Program specific duties:

• Collaborate with stakeholders gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and designing deployment strategies.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Provide architectural guidance, hands-on development, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure system performance meets operational targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.

Program Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 5 years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
