Senior ServiceNow Developer
The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow implementation, including configuration, customization, and automation of workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system
- Build service request fulfillment workflow from customer requirements
- Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate rote tasks
- Integrate and automate processes using Orchestration, Web Services, soap calls, etc.
Skills and Attributes:
- Authentication protocols such as Active Directory / LDAP or SiteMinder federation / Azure
- Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes
- Implementation experience on various ServiceNow applications
- Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IoT, Blockchain
