Job Title: ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Maximus Aidvantage seeks a strong architect/developer to lead ServiceNow instance implementation and maintenance. This person must have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and apply them within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities include overseeing developers, designing, developing, testing, and implementing critical functionality and POCs; working with clients to create strategies and frameworks; architecting and designing application solutions; guiding developers; providing hands-on development support; designing software components from business requirements; documenting and diagramming application functionality from business requirements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7-10 years of relevant professional experience; equivalent combination of education and experience considered; 5+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment; 3+ years of proven architecture, functional, and technical knowledge, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow; experience using the App Engine Management Center; proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting; experience with key integration technologies; deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB; ServiceNow Implementation certification and CSA certification.
