ServiceNow Architect/Developer

This is a challenging role that requires leading the implementation, maintenance, and customization of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage.

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design deployment strategies aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, reports, integrations, and custom app development using App Engine.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes, as well as hands-on development and delivery expertise. They must also be able to demonstrate experience using the App Engine Management Center, proficient in server-side and client-side scripting, and have expert knowledge of ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and analysis.
