ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

Maximus Aidvantage is seeking a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage.

This person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform. They will oversee and interface with developers, work with clients to create strategies and frameworks, architect and design application solutions, guide developers, provide hands-on development support, and document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.

The position requires a willingness to learn new offerings from ServiceNow and overcome technical challenges in a fast-paced environment. Essential duties and responsibilities include overseeing and interfacing with developers, working with clients, architecting and designing application solutions, guiding developers, providing hands-on development support, documenting and diagramming application functionality, collaborating with stakeholders, configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, providing architectural guidance, and troubleshooting deployment issues.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, equivalent combination of education and experience, proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting, experience with key integration technologies, deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and ServiceNow Implementation certification and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
