Title: ServiceNow Engineer

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence, Business Analytics.
• Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards via native ServiceNow capabilities or via PowerBI and QlikSense to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management.
• Assist in improving the service offering of PC Renewal and asset management via ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with functional teams and contribute to process improvement and documentation.
• Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations associated within the ServiceNow platform as it relates to the PC Renewal business.
• Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the ServiceNow platform.
• Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff.
