Job Description:
Determines customer needs and translates them into clear, actionable requirements. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive product development and implementation. Builds and manages roadmaps and backlogs, defining and prioritizing requirements. Ensures requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans align with expectations. Defines success criteria for testing and product acceptance to ensure quality and functionality. Leads and facilitates training sessions for internal teams and customers on product usage. Answers incoming questions about the product and its capabilities, providing expert guidance. Serves as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to stakeholders, promoting product benefits and features. Facilitates the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation. Monitors product performance and gathers feedback for continuous improvement. Manages the lifecycle of the product from design to support, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategy. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:
$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
