ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

Maximus Aidvantage seeks strong architect developer to lead implementation maintenance of ServiceNow instance. Person should have clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes applying those processes within ServiceNow platform. This includes ServiceNow platform customization implementation configuring workflows process automations system notifications and maintenance configuration. This also includes custom applications developed with ServiceNow App Engine architecture. Position requires coordination with technical teams internal external stakeholders presentation of use cases expert guidance on implementing solution.

Person must demonstrate willingness to learn new offerings from ServiceNow overcome technical challenges in fast-paced environment. Position provides overall architectural suggestions design implementation expertise hands-on development delivery.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

• Oversee interface with developers to design develop test implement critical functionality POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies frameworks.
• Architect design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.
• Design software components from business requirements.
• Document diagram application functionality from business requirements.

Program Specific Duties Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements perform gap analysis design deployment strategies aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Configure customize ServiceNow applications including workflows reports integrations custom app development using App Engine.
• Provide architectural guidance hands-on development ongoing system maintenance using ServiceNow best practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues maintain testing protocols upgrades ensure system performance meets operational targets.
• Create maintain technical documentation system design specifications operational procedures.
• Support full software development lifecycle contribute project artifacts continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree related field.
• 7-10 years relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination education experience considered in lieu degree.

Program Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree accredited college university required.
• At least five years IT experience enterprise environment.
• 3+ years proven architecture functional technical knowledge configuration implementation ServiceNow.
• Proven track record multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations version upgrades project scoping.
• Able to demonstrate experience using App Engine Management Center.
• Proficiency server-side client-side scripting crucial.
• Experience key integration technologies essential.
• Deep understanding ServiceNow platform Specifically ITOM ITAM SPM GRC CMDB critical.
• ServiceNow Implementation certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA certification.
• Functional knowledge implementation experience IT Service Management ITSM frameworks demonstrated project management skills experience working directly customers clients.
• Expert knowledge ServiceNow performance availability monitoring analysis configuration management.
