ServiceNow Architect/Developer Job Description

We are seeking a strong architect/developer to lead the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage. This person should have a clear understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and be able to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.

The role involves coordinating with technical teams, internal and external stakeholders, and presenting use cases and providing expert guidance on implementing the solution. The person must demonstrate a willingness to learn new offerings from ServiceNow and overcome technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

The position will provide overall architectural suggestions, design, and implementation expertise as well as hands-on development and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and interface with developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
• Architect and design application solutions.
• Guide developers.
• Provide hands-on development support.
• Design software components from business requirements.
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 7-10 years of relevant professional experience. They should also have experience with key integration technologies and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, and CMDB.

Additional requirements include being eligible to obtain government clearance, being a U.S. citizen, currently residing in the U.S., and passing a criminal background check.
