ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

This role involves leading the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage.

• Customize and configure workflows, process automations, system notifications, and maintenance.
• Develop and design application solutions using ServiceNow App Engine architecture.
• Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee developers to design, develop, test, and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Guide developers and provide hands-on development support.
• Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.

Program-specific duties involve collaborating with stakeholders, configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, providing architectural guidance, and troubleshooting deployment issues.
