Job Summary
The Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions within a specific domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows
- Develop scripts, business rules, and UI policies
- Support integrations and data migrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
- Collaborate with architects and functional consultants
Required Skills
- Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Domain expertise (ITSM, CSM, etc.)
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Mandatory Certifications
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS (Domain-based ITSM, CSM, etc.)
