ServiceNow Architect/Developer

Job Description

This ServiceNow Architect/Developer will lead the implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow instance within Aidvantage.

• Coordinate with technical teams, internal and external stakeholders, and present use cases and provide expert guidance on implementing the solution.
• Oversee and interface with the developers to design, develop, test and implement critical functionality and POCs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design deployment strategies aligned with ITSM/ITIL processes.

This position requires a strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and the ability to apply those processes within the ServiceNow platform.
