This role involves leading go-to-market activities focused on expanding ServiceNow opportunities across key industries. The ideal candidate will drive new business development, manage executive relationships, and position ServiceNow as a transformative platform that delivers measurable value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Solution Positioning: Clearly articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow's platform, demonstrating how it addresses complex business and operational requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive ServiceNow opportunities in new and existing accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in enterprise software sales with a proven record of success in solution-based selling.
  • Sales Pipeline: Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of $30M+ with consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and solutions. ServiceNow Sales or Presales certifications are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
