Job Summary

The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and platform best practices. This role leads solution design across multiple ServiceNow domains and provides architectural governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for complex ServiceNow implementations
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define platform strategy, application architecture, and integration patterns
• Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and performance standards
• Review and approve design documents, technical specifications, and configurations
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and senior leadership

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture
• Experience across multiple domains such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps
• Deep understanding of CMDB, integrations, workflows, and data models
• Strong governance, design review, and documentation skills

Mandatory Certifications

• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• Minimum 2 CIS Certifications
• Advanced Domain Certification (e.g., ITOM Pro)
• Application Developer Certification
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect)
