Job Description:

This role requires a customer-focused professional who champions a culture that deepens client relationships and leverages broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

  • Works closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand business requirements driving technical solution analysis and design.
  • Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting applications software delivered on time and within budget.
  • Makes recommendations towards new code development or reuse of existing code.
  • Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts and programmers. Responsibilities:
  • Participate in component and data architecture design; performance monitoring, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursue efficient operations, ensuring adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk, and conduct risk.
  • Champion a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment.
