ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Location(s): Vienna, VA (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Review existing CMDB and Provide architectural thought leadership on what is going well and what is not and develop end-to-end architecture blueprints.
• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements.
• Design workflows, integrations with other tools, and customizations to meet business requirements.
• Optimize the performance of CMDB and the ServiceNow platform ensuring that it meets the organization's scalability and efficiency requirements. Qualifications:
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology.
• 8-10+ years' overall experience in software development, design, and architecture.
• 5+ years' experience in designing, architecting, and developing CMDB solutions with experience in CSDM methodology.
