Role Description:

Senior ServiceNow-NowAssist Developer

Skilled and experienced Senior NowAssist Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of NowAssist capabilities on ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NowAssist modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions

Development Configuration Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow- NowAssist platform. Configure Agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM as needed. Develop and maintain NowAssist ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems.

Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions

Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions. Provide support and training to users.

Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development. Experience of building custom NowAssist Agents Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ServiceNow integrations (RESTSOAP APIs).ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies.
