Join our dynamic education client as a remote ServiceNow Developer! We are seeking a skilled individual to support a talented team in enhancing their ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules, with an emphasis on incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Enhance and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, specifically focusing on onboarding processes and lifecycle events for HR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, particularly in ITSM.
