Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and architectural experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM, with the ability to guide teams, define architecture standards, and engage directly with stakeholders.

- CMDB Architecture & CSDM
- ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
- Design and govern CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices
- Lead ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Architect integrations with enterprise systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, cloud platforms, monitoring tools)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers
- Ensure platform governance, security, scalability, and performance
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management
- Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile delivery models
Experience & Qualifications
- 5 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- 2 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role
- Strong ITIL process knowledge and implementation experience
- Hands-on scripting and configuration experience
- Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, reporting, and UI configurations
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CTA (Preferred)
- ITIL Foundation, TOGAF, or IT4IT certification
- Experience with AWS / Azure integrations
- DevOps or CI/CD exposure for ServiceNow deployments
